Joseph M. Corey, Jr., Esq., earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami School of Business in 1977 and his Juris Doctor from Southwestern Law School in 1981. With over 42 years of legal experience, he has dedicated the past 20 years exclusively to family law, focusing on matters such as uncontested divorces, paternity, child support, time-sharing, name changes, adoptions, dependency, modifications, contempt, enforcement of support orders, and prenuptial and relocation issues.
 
Earlier in his career, he practiced in a variety of legal areas including bankruptcy, criminal defense, personal injury, and real estate. This diverse background has given him a broad legal perspective that enhances his ability to resolve complex family law cases effectively. He has handled thousands of cases, ranging from straightforward to highly complex, including those involving domestic violence and related civil or criminal matters.
 
Known for his assertive and results-oriented approach, Mr. Corey is committed to securing favorable outcomes for his clients. As a father of two and grandfather of six, he brings both legal insight and a personal understanding of family dynamics to every case.

Peter graduated from the Nova Southeastern University Shepard Broad College of Law in 2014. Following his graduation, he successfully passed the bar exam and was
admitted to legal practice in 2015. Since then, he has strictly devoted himself to helping families navigate the complexities of Family Law, including divorce, timesharing, child support, distribution of assets and debts, alimony, relocation, and other related matters.

With a strong foundation in legal education and a passion for his work, Peter Rodriguez continues to make a positive impact in the lives of his clients.

Jennifer A. Molin, Esq., is an of counsel attorney at Attorneys at Law Joseph M. Corey, Jr., P.A., where she has been practicing family law since 2005. Originally from Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, Jennifer earned her Bachelor of Arts in History and Accounting from Washington & Jefferson College. She received her Juris Doctor from the University of Miami School of Law.

Over the past two decades, Jennifer has negotiated hundreds of Marital Settlement Agreements and Paternity Settlement Agreements and has prepared and assisted in litigation for a wide range of contested cases. Her academic background in accounting has proven invaluable in analyzing financial documents and identifying key financial issues for both clients and opposing parties.

Jennifer has extensive experience representing clients in child support enforcement matters, administrative support hearings, and contempt proceedings related to unpaid child support or alimony, as well as violations of timesharing agreements.

Known for her patience, empathy, and professionalism, Jennifer is dedicated to understanding her clients’ needs and guiding them through some of the most challenging times in their lives.

Ryan M. Fowler, Esq., is an associate attorney at Attorneys at Law Joseph M. Corey, Jr., P.A., where he focuses on providing legal services in family law. Originally from Huntsville, Alabama, Mr. Fowler earned his Bachelor’s degree from the University of Alabama in 2021 before relocating to Miami to pursue his law degree. He graduated from St. Thomas University College of Law with his Juris Doctorate in 2024. Following his admission to the Florida Bar, Mr. Fowler began practicing law under the mentorship of Mr. Corey and Mr. Rodriguez, gaining invaluable experience in a wide range of family law matters. His dedication to providing thoughtful and strategic representation ensures that his clients receive effective, results-driven solutions in complex legal situations.
